If you are living with your family or friends, it would be best that you can share with them about the lemonade diet. The best thing would get them to do the diet with you. If they are not supportive, you may want to consider moving out for 10 days so that you can concentrate on the cleanse itself.

You can even come together with a group of friends to complete the diet together. Otherwise you can go online and find a website that encourage people to do the master cleanse. With a group of people supporting you, you will definitely have no problem completing the diet.
